Our mission is to be the only choice for home, auto, and business insurance in the area by providing our customers with the best carrier options and the best customer service experience in the industry, while, also, offering peace of mind and educating them on the policies they are purchasing. Our customers are our neighbors, families, and friends and will feel our genuine concern for their needs at the first interaction whether that be in-office, over the phone, or online. Caleb Martin
Caleb Martin started the Martin Agency in 2019. He is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life insurance. Caleb believes in deciding what success means to you personally, then doing the work each day to become the best version of yourself so you can live a full and rewarding life no matter your circumstances. His experience, positive attitude, and willingness to help others allows him to excel. He helps customers identify the insurance coverage that best fits their needs. This process is straightforward and personalized to help make sure the customer understands their policies. He has the knowledge and experience to help the customer better understand their coverage options--whether that's auto, home, life, renters, business insurance and more. Anyone can sell insurance; the agent makes the difference.
He is not only the owner, but the group's leader and he is always the first one willing to help no matter the size of the situation. Caleb believes everyone who walks through our doors is family and goes out of his way to make sure they feel they are a priority. This belief resulted in him winning Break your Record and Northeast Division Life Championship.
Caleb is a 2012 Graduate ADN Kilgore College School of Nursing and a 2005 Cypress Creek High School graduate. He lives in Union Grove with his wife of 5 years Emily and their two children, Oliver and Oaklie. Caleb and his family are members of Grace Creek Church, where love to serve wherever they can.
Emily Martin
Emily is the wife of Caleb and is licensed in Property and Casualty. Emily stays home with their two kids Oliver and Oaklie but her work for the group is often unseen but never unnoticed. She is the backbone of the group, her work ranges from running our social media accounts to lending a hand when needed and everything in between.
Rachael Noble
Rachael Noble joined the Martin Agency in 2019. She is licensed in Property & Casualty as well as Life insurance. Rachael is fueled by her passion for understanding the negative perception of insurance and wanting to be the difference. Starting each day with old school values, simple is good, but straightforward is better. Our product, our behavior, and our work habits should all be transparent and to the point. To stay reliable and credible, we must always be earning your trust.
She is responsible for the Group’s office management, quoting and sales of Commercial, P&C and life policies as well as social media. Rachael’s standard of customer service and personal values resulted her as the winner of 2021 and 2022 Best of East Texas, in addition to a Red Vase award.
Prior to joining the Prestige Group, Rachael was a stay-at-home mom to her three boys, Bryan, River, and Reece. She married her high school sweetheart Stephen in 2011 and the pair have been together for 19 years. She is a 2007 graduate of Union Grove Isd, as well as her husband. Two of her three children attend Union Grove. Rachael and her family love spending time at the lake and watching the boys in their sporting events.
Pam McGee
Pam is our receptionist who's essential to the efficient daily operations of the office. Her experience, positive attitude and relentless work ethic ensure everyone can easily complete their daily tasks.
Pam and her husband David live in Union Grove. They have 3 kids (Matt, Cari and Emily) and 5 grandkids (Timber, Carson, Oliver, Cameron and Oaklie). Pam loves to spend her free time with her grandchildren.
Shauna McDowell
Shauna McDowell is our newest agent at Prestige Group and is licensed in Property & Casualty insurance. Her background in customer service is evident in how she builds and maintains relationships with loyalty and compassion. Shauna’s integrity, enthusiasm and attention to detail ensures her client’s most valuable assets, both personal and business, are protected.
Born and raised in Gladewater, Shauna is a graduate of Gladewater High School, 2004. After attending college in Austin, Shauna moved back to her hometown to be close to her parents, Mary McDowell and the late Dr. James H. McDowell. Shauna and her husband, Derek, were married in 2013. They have two sons, Owen and Lee, who attend Union Grove Elementary. They enjoy spending time at the lake and their farm, watching Vikings football, and playing sports.
